Glencoe is my home & has been since the day I was born. I’ve climbed many of the munro’s & sailed the lochs that surround us. It’s a place of stunning beauty & deep connection to nature. I’ve loved building my roots here & feel incredibly lucky to be able to offer you & others the chance to experience this magical place. Forest Corner is a love letter to this & the old ways of the West Coast, while also boasting a beautiful modern design that showcases the very best of luxurious Highland living. The Home & Apartment are operated by Woodlands Glencoe. The house sits just on the edge of the Woodlands Estate, so it’s a perfect partnership. Woodlands are family & will take excellent care of you during your stay. Any issue or questions, they’ll be happy to help.

Getting to us
By Car: We are located on the A828 between Oban and Fort William; very accessible from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth & Stirling to the South, and Inverness, Aberdeen, Skye and the North Coast 500 to the North.
By Public Transport: Citylink busses run regularly from Glasgow to North Ballachulish, a short 5 minute walk from Forest Corner (ask the bus driver to drop you at the south end of the Ballachulish Bridge). Trains do run regularly to Fort William too and there are connecting busses South to North Ballachulish, but the Citylink connections are usually the most direct.
By Plane / Helicopter: Oban International Airport is just 30 minutes away and there are facilities for Helicopter landings on the neighbouring Estate.
Taxi / Private Hire: We suggest you book any taxis in advance. Alistairs Taxis and West Highland Taxis offer traditional taxi, tours & airport transfers or Elecar offer a more premium service.
